Fixes and mod compatability


Auto actives was one of the first mods I made, as such it had oddities and quirks. This update fixes bugs and improves weapon mod compatibility.

Fixes:
Adds specfiring to player when firing, for compatibility
Pop Pop no longer has weird reload times, and deals with ammo properly
Blood Gamble damage chance fixed, and no longer stacks damage with very fast weapons
